Phase 1: Build Your Minimum Testable Product (Weeks 1-3)

You'll define your Service Obtainable Market (SOM), determine the best acquisition channels, and set clear objectives for growth. By the end of this program, you’ll have a roadmap for scaling your startup with confidence.
